I’m an ICF-certified executive coach with a passion for helping individuals and teams thrive. My career spans Fortune 500 organizations and startups across Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, and Telecommunications—including leading a $200M infrastructure program across 3,000+ sites in 36 markets.

With a background in Product Management, Development, Engineering, and Operations, I bring a systems-thinking approach to coaching and leadership. I’ve shepherded senior leadership coalitions through Agile adoption, cultivated high-performance values in 26+ Product Owners, and mobilized 115+ organizational talent through workshops and bootcamps. I specialize in building high-performing teams, driving stakeholder alignment, and fostering sustainable partnerships.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Spanish from the University of South Florida and proudly served in the U.S. Army as a Communications Systems Circuit Controller, stationed in Panama.
