I’m an ICF-certified coach and seasoned leader with a passion for helping individuals and teams thrive. My career spans Fortune 500 organizations and startups, where I’ve led high-impact initiatives across eCommerce, Manufacturing, and Telecom—including a $200M infrastructure program across 36 markets.
With a background in Development, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Network Operations, I bring a systems-thinking approach to coaching and leadership. I specialize in building high-performing teams, driving stakeholder alignment, and fostering sustainable partnerships.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Spanish from the University of South Florida and proudly served in the U.S. Army as a Communications Systems Circuit Controller, stationed in Panama.
