Discovery
We start with a discovery conversation to understand your context, goals, and what success looks like for you. No commitment required—just an honest exploration of fit.
Coaching Sessions
Regular sessions (typically bi-weekly or monthly) focused on your priorities. Each session is a space for reflection, challenge, and forward movement.
Between Sessions
Unlimited email and text support between sessions. When something comes up, you don’t have to wait—I’m available as a sounding board when you need it.
